Customer care guide

Before and after your appointment

A few simple steps help us work efficiently and help your vehicle stay looking its best.

Before your valet

Remove valuables and personal belongings, make sure the vehicle is accessible, and leave enough space for doors to open safely.

Tell us what needs attention

Let us know about stains, pet hair, delicate finishes or areas you particularly want us to focus on before work begins.

Autumn preparation

Keep leaves and debris away from the base of the windscreen and visible drainage areas.

After the clean

Allow treated interior areas to dry, avoid touching freshly dressed surfaces immediately and follow any specific aftercare advice provided at the appointment.

Deano’s Driver Care

More than a clean car

Useful advice for every season. Throughout the year, Deano’s Driver Care automatically changes with the season, sharing timely tips to help keep your vehicle clean, comfortable, efficient and ready for the road.

Autumn guide

Prepare for darker, wetter journeys

  • Keep leaves and debris away from the base of the windscreen and visible drainage areas.
  • Clean lights, glass, mirrors, cameras and number plates frequently as roads become wetter and dirtier.
  • Check wipers, tyre pressures and tread condition before periods of heavy rain.
  • Remove damp items from the cabin and use suitable mats to help control moisture and odours.
Tyre pressures

Check pressures regularly when the tyres are cold and follow the manufacturer’s figures. Correct inflation supports safe handling and avoids unnecessary rolling resistance.

Smoother driving

Accelerate progressively, anticipate traffic and avoid unnecessary harsh braking. A calmer driving style can reduce wasted fuel and wear.

Reduce unnecessary load

Remove heavy items you do not need and take off unused roof boxes or bars when practical, as extra weight and drag can affect efficiency.

Oil and fluid checks

Follow the handbook for engine oil, coolant, brake fluid and screenwash checks. Use the specified products and seek professional help if a level repeatedly drops.

Clear vision and sensors

Keep windows, mirrors, lights, cameras, number plates and driver-assistance sensors clean so they can be seen and operate as intended.

Service and warning lights

Keep up with scheduled servicing and investigate warning lights promptly. Cleaning improves presentation, but it does not replace mechanical maintenance.

General vehicle-care guidance only. Always follow your vehicle handbook, tyre information label and advice from a qualified technician.

Security note: registering a customer profile with the same email used by an administrator does not grant admin permission. Admin access continues to require the separately configured admin credentials and role.
